With years of experience behind us, we have attained expertise in the production of all types of conveyor chains, sheet metal components, moulded components and wire harnesses. Our engineering products are known for their cutting edge designs and splendid performance. They have won us a wide clientele not only in the domestic markets but in the international markets as well. We have recorded a total sales volume of Rs. 4 crore in the year 2007-08 and that spells our popularity as well as the ever rising demand for our engineering components.

Quality

Each of our engineering component undergoes stringent quality measures during the manufacturing process. We ensure that our entire range of engineering tools and components are robust, reliable and easy to install. We hold patents for the design and manufacture of electric heating elements, chain drive conveyors, conveyor belting and chains. We stock all sizes and grades of the products to be able to cater to instant demands of our clients.

A dedicated group of trained and qualified engineers supervise each quality activity to prevent any loopholes in the processes. An individual cell with a centralized control system has been incorporated at our manufacturing unit to exercise each quality test proficiently.

A special testing laboratory equipped with latest machines enable us conduct the following checks:

Physical and chemical testing of incoming raw materials (metals). The raw materials are sourced from recognized sources like SAIL, TATA, VIZAG Steel, Hindalco, etc.
Hardness testing
Magnetic crack detection test
Salt spray testing for humidity test
Electrical testing for wiring harnesses(high voltage, IR & continuity)
Push Pull testing for crimping strength and terminals for wiring harness, etc.

Infrastructure

Our production unit has a total automatic production facility for timely completion of Orders. Every batch of product is tested by the quality personnel to ensure that the products are in accordance with global standards. We are equipped with the following machines to incorporate the latest manufacturing techniques in our unit:
